Facilitation

How do you plan to get the best from a meeting?  To get a really valuable output that has an impact? For all participants to be engaged throughout the meeting and believe it has been worthwhile?

Time is precious and meetings are plentiful yet how often does a meeting actually move the needle?

Having a facilitator can really make a difference:  creating the agenda to ensure you get the outcome you want, ensuring everyone participates fully and adds value, managing: energy, time, process, engagement, conflict and surfaces issues that may otherwise go unsaid.

Our facilitators:

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure you get a great outcome from any meeting we facilitate.

  • Help you gain clarity on the outcome not just the objective.

  • Hold ourselves and the participants accountable to getting there.

  • Manage any conflict, tensions, non-contributors, those with too much share of voice.

  • Ensure everyone is engaged.

  • Capture SMART actions and confirm them at the end of the meeting.

Thank you so very much for facilitating the ASDA customer meeting over the last couple of days. It made a huge difference to the outputs of day – we made more progress than we have on previous strategy meetings and I think a lot of this can be attributed to the role that you took.

It also gave me some good food for thought in terms of strategy development.

It was great having you as a facilitator – you seemed to intuitively ‘read’ the team; tailoring and flexing the agenda and you really led by example. It almost felt like you were part of our team - unlike any other facilitator that I’ve worked with before.

Thank you for that.
