An Executive Coach specialising in leadership transitions, Fi has a strong interest in how we work with change to become more of who we are. She has worked at a senior level with the likes of Standard Life Investments, KPMG, University of London, AKQA, Investis and the British Heart Foundation. As well as extensive business experience, Fi has an MSc in Executive Coaching, a PgC in Coaching & Development, and is an Ashridge Accredited Coach and EMCC Senior Practitioner. She also holds a diploma in coaching supervision from the CSA.

Eddy is an experienced Executive Coach skilled in working with management teams in important change situations and in improving team performance. He has more than 20 years experience in various advice and management positions at SMEs and international (listed) companies within finance, business economics and change management. Since 2009 Eddy has also been trained and active as an Executive Coach and Team Coach. Eddy is an accredited Ashridge Executive Coach, Master (MSc) in Executive coaching and is a member of the NOBCO. He is able to coach in English and Dutch.

As a result of 15 years training and developing Sales Associates at Mars in the UK, Ireland and South Africa, Sam offers a wealth of expertise in areas such as coaching, mentoring, blended learning training programmes, personal development, presenting, workshop facilitation, team building, engagement and feedback. Through charitable projects and volunteer work, she has also worked with children of all ages in the UK, Chicago and Burkina Faso (West Africa). Sam is certified in NLP.

Vince worked for Mars Inc. for 30 years in a variety of senior Leadership, Business & R&D functions. As an experienced leader, he gained a reputation for driving multiple European and Global innovation projects, as well as developing and nurturing talent throughout the organisation from graduate level to seasoned technical experts. Vince now combines his passion for people development and innovation by providing individuals and organisations with coaching and mentoring services for business professionals.

Claire has over 20 years experience of coaching executives and professionals. She excels at getting ‘beneath the skin’ of her clients and their organisations.  She helps them find clarity to focus and deliver on what really matters. Her clients include:  Ashai, Sony, FitFlop and the Home Office. Claire has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University.  She delivers workshops for the EMCC and British Psychological Society’s CPD portfolio, is a coach supervisor, and writes about supervision, coaching and using intuition with maturity and skill.

Laurianne has a background in creative, linguistic and technical communications, and has worked with brands such as Associated British Foods (ABF), the BBC, the DIT, Fitbit, Fortnum & Mason, Graham & Brown, Jamie Oliver, Hitachi, KFC, Le Tour de France, Mercedes-Benz, and the PFA, among others. Laurianne works in collaboration with our associates to build our online programs and communications.
