So how did you get on?

Reflection & Journal

One last opportunity for you in this journey together. A chance to consider where you were when we started and how far you have come.

Find a nice place to sit with a good view or the sound of birds or moving water. Bring along a drink (coffee, tea, water, wine, whatever takes your fancy) and take some time to reflect on what the experience of this last month, being in nature, has been like for you.

  • How did you feel at the start of the month?

  • How are you feeling now?

  • What are you proud of?

  • What’s been your biggest insight?

  • What will you continue to do?

  • How will you celebrate?

From Moments to Wild Adventures…

Here’s Fi’s ‘Nature Switch Continuum’ model. I like it because it encourages me to plan in my year, the different ways and lengths of time, that I will be in nature. Especially as we know that a moment in nature is beneficial but a weekend outdoors feels like you’ve had an opportunity to re-calibrate mentally and physically and connect with what really matters. And if you can have an extended period of ‘wild time’, it’s like you‘ve won the lottery!

A lovely read

I’d like to leave you with this fun article to read and invite you to find the opportunity for a long walk (micro-wild)with friends, or alone, in the next month.
